History

Womanology was the creation of Robin Christenson and founded in 2002. At that time very few clinics in the United States were offering women’s health specialty therapies. Shortly after starting the private practice, Womanology also began treating men. Over the years Womanology added several integrative services: Acupuncture, Pilates, Guided Imagery, Hypnosis, Massage, lectures and Classes.

2013 Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian purchased Womanology, which is now called Hoag Pelvic Health. They now have clinics in Newport Beach and Irvine. Rhona works closely with the patients and Doctors of Physical Therapy during treatment helping the body to relax and supporting the patient to improve their immune system.
