Rhona first experienced guided imagery and hypnosis when she was scheduled for surgery. It worked so well, that she breezed through the procedure and recovery was ahead of schedule. Here experience was a life changing event which motivated Rhona to learn about these powerful techniques and share them with you.
A California native, Rhona and her husband, John, enjoy their daughter, Heather, son-in-law Henry and three extraordinary grandchildren, Jordan, Ryan, and Lauren. Rhona has a private practice in Orange and in Mission Viejo, California, USA. Rhona is available for private sessions, lectures, workshops and facilitates relaxation and self-appreciation guided imageries for business meetings, luncheons, conventions or gatherings with friends.
